Create Email Accounts in SmarterMail
Setup new POP3/web email acccounts
Log into the administrator email account at http://mail.yourdomainname.com.
Under "Domain Settings", go to "Email Users".
A new page will load display all currently created email user accounts. To create a new user account, click "Add User".
Under "New user", you will want to set the following options:

Username:
The email user account name.

Password:
The password to set for the account.

Confirm Password:
The password typed again for security purposes.

Display Name:
Name of email seen in user listings and when sending email from the webmail interface. If left blank, will be defaulted to the username@yourdomainname.com.

Reply-to Address:
(Optional) If the user would like their reply address when they send message through the email account to be another address; e.g. messages sent from username@yourdomainname.com gets reply to username@anotherdomainname.com instead.

Time Zone:
(Optional) Set the time zone to your locale versus the server's.

Mailbox Size Limit:
Default is 10MB. If set to 0, will be unlimited space but do know there is a hard capped domain mail space limit of 250MB. If your email domain goes over 250MB, users will not be able to send nor receive messages until messages are deleted from the server to be under 250MB. If you plan to have users store their messages on the mail server, please set this limit low. If you plan to users only access their email through POP3 (i.e. Outlook), you set the limit higher. If you do not know what to set the limit for, the default 10MB should be fine.

Disable this user:
If a user accounts needs to be disabled.

Domain administrator:
If you plan to have multiple users with domain level access. Users with administrative domain level access will have the same rights as the default admin account.

Lock password:
If you do not want the user to have the able to change their password.

Hide from Global Address List:
(Enterprise Edition Only) If your users only use the web-based mail interface and need a listings all of all other users in the domain.
If you are forcing your users to only POP3 access, you can skip this step, otherwise under "Webmail" you can set the following options

Sort Messages by:
(Default) Date, size, subject, from, and To.

If you are using the header/footer option(s), you can set the text under "Header/Footer".
Once you have set the associated options, hit "Save."
Now to add email addresses to the newly created mailing list, go to "Actions" under the mailing list's name (in our example, "examplemailinglist"), and select "List Subscribers."
A new page should load, titled "Subscriber List Management." Click on "Add Addresses."
Now add the new address listings; one email per line. Once done, hit "Ok."
The new subscribers should be successfully added, thus completing setting up the basics for a mailing list. For any questions, you can
